Grandpa Bob & The Easter Bunny / myLot

Happy Easter All! - Grandpa Bob and Grandma Debbie taken 3-16-2008 at the local WalMart.

Okay it is Palm Sunday and as my wife and I were shopping for our household cleansers and plants and seeds for the summer season we were asked to have our photo taken with the Easter Bunny for free.

My wife immediately shook her head no as usual but I talked her into it. Here is the photo taken today (Sunday 3-16). Does your WalMart have the Easter Bunny there for free photos? Last year Myself, my wife, and each grandson had ours taken seperastely. No grandkids with us this weekend so it was just Grandpa Bob, Grandma Debbie and the Easter Bunny. Happy Easter to all here. Early but I usually don't do this in this fashion. Enjoy your day/evening here all.

What a fun photo opportunity! :) I don't know if my local walmart does easter bunny photos. I doubt it. And if they did, I doubt even more that they'd be free of charge. My boys and I did our easter egg decorating today. I haven't taken any pics yet, but they are cute. I bought kits to make the eggs into little people and little bugs. I also bought some "transformers" tattoos for the eggs, but the boys weren't interested in trying them out. I made one decepticon egg, and it looks pretty good if I do say so myself. :) I do remember some malls offering Easter Bunny photos when I was a kid, growing up in Toronto, but I never had one taken. In fact, other than seeing your pic, I don't know that I've ever seen them done by anyone.

It was great. I had a blast as my wife gets embarressed easily and this was no different. I have yet to do the eggs and don't think we will. We are going to my daughters for easter this year so she will have them. We do the grandsons Easter Baskets though and have them about ready to pack into the baskets. It's also the youngest grandsons Birthday next week so lot's of things to do for that as well. We got him his bike and bike helmet yesterday as a gift dor his Birthday. He loved it. They have done them free for a few years here in Minnesota that I recall anyhow. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

It sounds like you have an incredibly busy weekend coming up.:) My basket stuff is already bought, and the boys are looking forward to their egg hunt (the small foil wrapped chocolate ones). I've added a picture of the egg people my boys made today. They had a lot of fun.:)

Oh Grandpa Bob that is darling - I can't recall the last time I had my photo taken with a famous person/thing :) Debbie must have so much fun living with you :) Happy Easter to you also dear - I'm sure within the week we'll be getting hundreds of discussions posted saying the same :) great idea getting in early :)

She actually hates doing things like this. Kind of a Mioss prim and proper type. But of course I don't let her get by without something like this a couple times a year at the least.

Grandpa Bob, you are so much fun! I am happy you had a picture take with the Bunny. Actually, you look like you're having fun with your wife :). I can't believe they did it for free, how nice of Walmart ;) Pablo
