Haven't had energy pills, but energy drinks have some varying success with me. I've noticed that alternating the drinks can help too, since it seems the body adapts to the formula in its way (B vitamin absorption). These things shouldn't be taken excessively though, and good nutrition can help with some "energy" problems.

Thanks I have tried several and so far only red bull has helped but not great for me I drink alot of coke and I dont know if that effects the way these drinks work. I have tried to find ways to keep me up later at nite so I could start working overnite shifts with my at home job lol

Sleeping less most often leads to the weakening of the immunne system, and making people more susceptible to sickness. Especially strept throat, stress.

Niether I find that plenty of water a balanced meal and a good night sleep gives me all the energy I need for the upcoming day!

I usually tend to avoid the pills, companies sometimes pack weird chemicals in the that tend to screw you up,
while energy drinks are only good for that rush for 1-2 hrs then you crash. I would personally recommend 5 hr energy. Fast action formula, lasts a really long time, and you dont get the crash after.
