Your writing sounds as if you're doing pretty well! Keep posting here and add a "please correct any english grammar mistakes" to each post if you want to improve. As to speaking in person to someone, can you hang out around the American embassy or someplace like that? Are there any stores around with employees that speak English? If not, listen to the radio or tv channels that are in English and repeat what they say. Or, don't you have some Christian churches there? I'm sure the pastors and parishioners would be glad to talk with you--you just have to make it clear that you're not a convert if you're not a Christian and they'll usually respect that. If they don't, go back to my previous suggestions!

The more you write and think about what you're saying, the more the actual words will be what you want!

A lot of country know how to speak in English. In fact here in our country, you must know how to speak in English to get in to international companies, such as Business Process Outsource/Call Centers and others. Well as what I can see, you have an English background already. What you can do, is to read good articles, watch American news shows- so you can be accustomed to the way they deliver English, and also if you encounter some English word that is hard to understand, you can check the dictionary, be it the book or online. It will help you determine the pronunciation and if it's a noun, adjective or verb. Good luck. =)

Written English differs from the Spoken English..It differs from people to people. You don't need to prompt in grammar if you know the basic to speak. "Lets put another shrimp in the Barbie"...you wonder what it is unless you know the native language. I speak english well and what makes me tough is the ability to understand the native verbal usage.. More you speak to people who know english you will be more educated.

I think it also helps when you watch a lot of english movies specially cartoons since the vocabulary is very basic. Try to read english books. I also have problems with my grammar what I did was I read children books and somehow lesser mistakes.

You've done well enough just now that I could understand you with no trouble. Stay active in sites like this and you will definitely pick up a lot to improve even more. It may be difficult to know which are using proper English, but if you're unsure, you can always look at profiles and see who is 'speaking' English as a native language. Good luck!
