Going to the gym..

Ok, so I have started going to the gym 4-5 times a week. I am trying to lose about 25 lbs. I gained from having my son. I have a really good routine that's about 50 minutes. I am starting to get a flat butt though. I have always had a "nice butt". Does anyone know any exercises that I can implement into my workout that won't cause this "flatness"?? Thanks!

hey marcie! i recommend the buns of steel workout tape/cd although it was put out about 10 years ago it is still around..check ebay if you cant find it in stores. Anyway it has 15 minute daily workouts that make a very nice booty! Works great!

Thanks so much. Have you tried this yourself? I noticed since I have been using the "step" at my gym, that's when my butt started getting flat. Also, there are tons of these VHS tapes on ebay. Thanks for the help...I never even thought of buns of steel, duh. (I do remember it though) Great idea, I appreciate it. Have a sparkling day!

Hey hmbw! I tried the abs of steel video and thought I was going to die!!! I thought I was in pretty good shape, but dang, that one hurt. I only got through 20 minutes. I guess I was just working different partsof my body that I wasn't used to, but I am NOT giving up!!

Thanks, I have been doing more squat type exercises. Summer is coming and I need to be able to feel good about wearing a bathing suit this summer.
