Have you been disheartened before?

Eversince I started trying out mylot and ptc sites, I was actually quite excitedly looking forward to the increase in earnings, even if it was only a cent.
But lately my mom is questioning me on the logic of my actions, and outrightly expressing how stupid she thinks I am. I think her point is, why am I hankering after a few cents a day? I should be doing something else. Don't ask me, I haven't the faintest idea what she had in mind.
So I got disheartened after trying to explain it to her a couple of times. That's why I had stayed away from mylot the couple of days....I just felt all the zest zapped outta me.

Perhaps your mom thinks for the amount of time you are spending on the computer to earn money, you could earn much more with a regular part time job.
If you really do want to earn extra spending money, a part time job would be a better way.

I hear you, I get discouraged with how small the earnings are for me here in MyLot so I don't spend a lot of time here. In fact, I just came back here after being gone for months and months, not sure how long exactly. So, it's easy to get disheartened here.

I have conditioned myself to feel okay about seeing small earnings grow....and I actually enjoyed what I have been doing....
If the cents aren't a bonus, the very action of searching, trying, proofing that this whole scheme is feasible keeps my mind working creatively.
