I dont think i am the right person to answer this question as a doctor would most likely give a possible solution to it....however i have read many times that scientist are in the process of taking out a cure for many diseases like cancer,AIDS,etc....

Best cure for HIV/AIDS are antiretroviral agents medicines, which keeps CD-4 count low and prolong the life expectancy.
