Cosmetic Surgery... Yes or No?!

What does everyone think of surgery? Would you change the way you look? Tighten bits when you get a bit older?

i dont see a problem with gettin plastic surgery as long as its tasteful not all noticeable and things. honestly when i get older than what i am ido want to get a boob job because i have a feeling i am goin to be small in that area for the rest of my life so after i'm finish having my children that i want i think i will give them the adjustments they will need. nothing to big because i am a small person and i dont want to fall over in the front as some women look these days.
