Oh I am so excited, I love smilies, when i first came to Mylot i cam from a freeby forum but they had smilies, and i really missed being able to express myself without smilies, i used the old :) a lot, I did a post not long after i started saying I wished we had smilies...the last couple of days i have seem an occasional smiley in the posts and today it just hit me...we have smilies, how exciting is this... so thank you Mylot for once again listening to the posters requests.... I love your smilies, now I think Mylot is complete....7 people like this

I also love smilies and it sometimes can help with communication as it is harder to express yourself on the computor and sometimes when I have read back what I have written it comes out a lot different. (if that makes sense!) 1 person likes this

On thing that is happening with my smilies lilaclady is that I want to put them at the end but they come up after posting at the start!

yes and it helps with so amny different cultures sometimes some do not understand that you are joking and by adding a little

Yes, I love the smileys too. 
There's a couple more I might add, but they're nice smileys and I think they look much better than "lol" :), etc. I have a couple of favourites. I like the confused one 
, the rasp one 
and the whistling one, which I can't put in because it exceeds my quota of three if I do.

I have found out about mylot code emote icons 6 days back.I was really happy that mylot has introduced this codes.I hope we get paid for using up these mylot codes too.

I must thank you for bringing the smilies to my attention lilaclady - I didn't even know we had them! I was going to ask where they were, but one of the responses has given me the answer!

Well, I love smileys too. Its a big help in showing our moods and emotions. Just like in some other forums. And we would be able to say it what the emotions of other people is. Smiley add some more life in the forum.
I think mylot is starting to see things in their members view. Mylot just keep on improving.

yes it is good I think I can safely say that ever since i have been here on Mylot, they have always listened to the members and done a lot of the things people have suggested, I think they have always been good like that... Go Mylot

Hello sumit, if you have a link that says "mylot code" at the left hand side of the text box then you have reached the milestone that you need to reach to use this feature, have fun..

Hello dear lilaclady. It is the same here because I also love those smileys as they can help express ourselves in some ways when we do not want to use the words. So some simple smileys are very helpful to us. I also thank mylot a lot for this, but I do not think that it complete because whatever we do, there is always room for improvement. Thanks.

yeah there are lovely and interesting...i've seen many friends add smilies in the discussion....but i dont know how to add smilies in the topic....i cant find any attentions in the mylot..can you tell me where to add the smilies
