I asked this question last night at work, hoping to actually get some legit answers. I noticed that people that were over the age of 35 simply answered that they would win the lottery, and never work again. I tried to explain, that is NOT a job, but they just didn't get it. I want to know what you would do, had you the choice of choosing ANY job there is to work.
I personally would persue my want to become a Veterinary Assistant. I worked as one for a few months, and wish that I could go back into that careeer.

That's good, at least you like your job! I don't like mine, that's why I thought of this question, lol.

In hindsight I think I should have been an elementary school art teacher...that would have been a lot of fun...but I don't really regret it because chances are I would just be $50,000 in debt in school loans and not have a job at all because it is so hard to get hired as a teacher in my area. If not that, I really wish I would have started buying houses straight out of high school when they were cheap. But I didn't think about that as a kid, most people don't.
I like what I'm doing now - I'm a stay at home mom moonlighting whatever seems to work for now. I like to write, I do graphic design, and I'm starting to really get into web design also. I've also got a real estate license to fall back on, which currently has been good for referral income since I'm not very active so I can take care of the kids.
Most people don't want to work. If I won the lottery, I would probably still do what I do now...actually if I won enough I would probably buy a campground or some beach properties. I'd have to do something to keep busy! I would at the very least write :)
If you really want to be a vetinary assistant it's probably not too late...you can always try a new job...maybe its a paycut or inconvenient for awhile, but if its what you want to do and you'd be happier doing it, it's always worth it in the end.

I completely agree with you. I know it's not too late for me, and I hope that I get back into it again. I currently work full time, and my job will pay for me to get my GED, as I don't have it yet. From there I can go to school for it, although I've had a lot of hands on experience.

Hi there,
I would like to be an athlete and participate in Olympics or something similar to that. I always wanted to do something in sports.
There is nothing bigger than to make your country proud. Iam 21 and quite dedicated to my construction business so i cant be a sportsman. But when i c athletes or any other sprortstar it gives me another reason to live.
Well i wish my friends here in mylot good luck in whatever career they are in. Just give your 100 % and don't regret any decisions. We need to understand that god had given as a specific path and be happy in it.
Cheers,
Tutul

Well I am 40 and as tempting as winning the lottery and not working sounds, I have to be realistic and say that I'd love to be a website designer and have my own studio. I do dabble a little and have done a bunch of small business websites, but I'd like to become much better and run my own business.

That sounds like a promising career. I hope that you will one day be able to fulfill that dream.
