How many times have you gotten seriously sick in your entire life?

I am now 20 years old, and probably an estimate of 12 times including fever, sore throat, sore eyes and one time being confined in a hospital because of some serious ulcer that makes my stomach ache whenever I move.

Those are some really serious illness you got there. In fact, I can even say your probably even more sick than me... btw do you know I haven't got any measles or chicken pox yet? I know that people should have at least had one in their life... but I don't seem to have one even after 20 years. I really wish it won't affect me though haha... I heard that it's really dangerous if ever I get one at this age.

I guess it was during my teens, I didn't know what I got and my mom also. We just thought that it was a simple fever, didn't realized that it was typhoid as I was delusional already. But now, I haven't been seriously ill nor even got inside a hospital just because I need to be observed about my condition. I'm glad that somehow I don't have any hospital record yet, but I'm not really sure if there was any side-effects on that fever I got back then because I get too grumpy and moody at times!

Well... having fever doesn't feel good therefore it's just normal to get weak and grumpy haha... About being confined in a hospital, you really should be glad that you haven't been there yet. It was really a bad experience... not being able to eat what you want nor do what you want. All you do is just lie there in the bed and do nothing, in fact during my time... there was no cable on the TV (I don't know about now though...) therefore I missed all my favorite shows argh!

Honestly I have no idea. I don't ever remember being so violently sick but I have had numerous illnesses in my life. Mostly bronchial and sinus related. It's annoying.

Oh and also about my sinus... I got it all the time that I don't want to count it anymore. It's not that serious that it affects on what I do though... it's just very annoying when sometimes I can't breath or smell.

Are you saying that you get colds, fever, coughs almost every month? Now that's a lot! Haha... I think you better start taking vitamins to prevent you from getting sick.

I seldom get sick except I got nasofrontal inflammation when I was in hight school, and I got a headache because of the nasofrontal inflammation. I never got a fever, never got a shot except for epidemic prevent when I was a little kid. That was amazing I think. Sometime s I catch a cold ,I don't even take pills,it will heal after a couple of days. I feel sorry to hear that you have 12 times in your past 20 years.Hope you can stay healthy all the time, take care of yourself.

Well... thank you haha... actually these days I don't get really sick anymore. I just notice that the most times I was sick was when I was really overweight, not exercising etc... I was able to change those habits though... And wow! You've never experience a fever before? You must be pretty healthy.
