Your homepage? As in inside your web browser? What do you use as your web browser? Internet Explorer?Your homepage is determined by the website URL you have entered. For example, if you select www.yahoo.com, it will set your homepage to yahoo. If you want a picture as your homepage when you load Internet Explorer (or another web browser) you need to upload that picture to a file hosting site like http://imageshack.us/ and set the URL it gives it to your homepage (Inside your web browser settings)
