ok so i am on spring break. and i have been staying up late like im talking no sleep. like today i didnt go to sleep till 2pm.

Hi lover of music. It is very unhealthy not going to sleep at night. Make sure that you have atleast six hours of sound sleep. Never stay late may be you can get up early in the morning.

It is definitely unhealthy not to get enough sleep... sleep is like the act that revitalizes our body for the next day... it is like our for of recharging... it is not good for the mind and body... so i think you should get like 5 hours or minimum sleep everyday... and since you are on a spring break... that is the best time to catch sleep because work in colleges usually takes up all your energy...

Well...yes it is unhealthy. Your body needs sleep. But, it isn't going to really do any harm if you do it for a day or two. Especially at your age. Be careful, though, I did it long term when I was 17 because I went to school (senior year) part time, worked full time and stayed out late after work...ended up falling asleep at the wheel and totaled my car- thankfully I didn't hurt anyone! So, have fun, but if you are tired- sleep!
