how to learn French?

I learned French in High School. Took 3 years of it and was going to go to Paris for my senior trip but ended up not being able to go. Probably some of the best ways to learn to speak it properly is get some audio tapes, attend some classes, or find someone that can teach you one on one. It will take some time but it's well worth it. I loved learning when I was in school and still wish that I would have been able to go to Paris - maybe one day it will happen again.
