Do you think on your birthday going fishing are having fun or boreing?

Thanks alot pal! I'm so sorry about you having lupus. I'm very familiar with that disease, my mother had lupus of the joints and it is a very painful sickness. She was diagnose with lupus and lived 18 years plus after finding out. She has passed six years ago, sweet loving mommy. She to had to stay away from the sun light or if not then you will have lots of red rashes called butterfly rashes. They said people who have lupus only live up to seven or eight years. Let me tell you what kept her prayers, lots of love from me and my brother she worked nine years through her sickness and I took over her job and she retired. The next nine she was home still being active in the house cleaning and cooking. We had some wonderful days and miss her soo much. I know it's not easy but once you trust God, you will be alright. The doctor always told her try not to get any type of infections because it could damage the organs in you body fast. Take care of your self!!!

Thank you so much for sharing your story!! Your mom sounds like she was one strong woman! Good for her! I'm so sorry she's gone now. However, you have such wonderful memories of her that'll last you a lifetime, and that's a good thing. I worked with my husband yesterday for about four or five hours burning some wood that we had gathered from cleaning up the woods in our back yard and gosh I paid for it dearly last night because I could hardly move! I had taken some medicine and this morning I was doing much better than I expected which made me so happy. Lupus is a mean disease but if one is careful and takes care of themselves then we can live a nice long life. A doctor isn't God so how does he know how long one is going to live? lol But I agree with you, prayers and believing is what makes one strong. God won't take me until he's ready for me and that's that. lol May God Bless You!!

No your not! When you go fishing it's time and patients you need. Now some days you would not even catch a single fish but, you feel their picks on the fishing lines. Fishing in my experience take your minds off stress and when you catch one you really feel like one more. Some times I don't catch any fish so I hope to catch some the next time I go. I thought my husband how to catch fish and he sometimes catch all while I catch none! Look at it this way the sea is there and fish live in water. When we throw our line out the fish have a choice take the bait or not. It's our up to us to keep trying by throwing our lines out!
