What does everyone think about the idea of a Goat pulled ice cream cart, do you think there will be issues? Im talking about nice quiet animals who are used to pulling. would it be a huge hit at shows? Like a mini horse pulled one? im considering incorporating this into some of my goat themes!
Let me know your opinion, also check out my page on Yahoo Groups, TheCaprineScene

I guess it might work, most people like animals and animals who perform tricks are allways loved by children and also a lot of adults.
Thing is, people might start thinking your ice-cream cart is only serving ice cream made from goat milk, and that might scare some people off I guess.
Not everyone's fond of goat milk.

That would actually be the plan eventually. Considering that everyone is looking to a healthier alternative. Goats milk ice cream is actually quite delicious. Tasted it in the UK, at Butterfly Lodge in Colchester, and since then the only reason I have gone back to the other ice cream is there is no choice.

It sounds interesting.
Is it more healthy because of less fat or what is it that makes the ice-cream more healthy? I would definitly want to try it if I knew where to get it, I like experiencing new flavours of foods and especially new flavours of ice-cream :)
