To increase the weight

Hi there, I have some kind of problem here.. iam an athlete on karate. Here is the problem.. How can I increase my weight in such a short time? I really2 want to gain weight like 10 Kg if i could. I can reduce my weight so easily but i canĀ“t increase it as fast as i reduce my weight. Now my weight is 50 Kg i realy want to increase it till 60 Kg. Last two years i can increase it by eating n sleeping without excersise. Later when Iam active back, it dropped my weight so fast.. from 58 to 55 kg just in 2 days.

Hi ced, Look you cant loose or gain weight so fast. Its a human body and it needs time. Better listen to your body. People all over the world wants to reduce their weight and u r amongst few who wants to gain weight. Eat healthy and sleep well. Exersize and do healthy things. Iam sure things will improve. Dont take any actions hastily as it can prove very harmful later in life. Cheers, Tutul

Try eating lots of eggs, or try researching on dieting plans to increase weight. Try gradually increasing your consumption of energy-dense foods, especially those higher in vegetable fats. Italian cheeses, nuts, and granola are good calorie sources with low saturated fat content (read the label to make sure the product is high in mostly unsaturated fat). You have to consume at least 3000 calories per day. Good luck!

I think u should eat more protein and supplements. Eating habit also affects ur weight gaining, but depends on ur body type.
