Depression, frustration and low self-esteem are three common factors that poeple from all over the world have to deal with at some point in their lives. When these three form a combined attack on anyone the result can be deadly. They are the destructive three-some which form a lethal combo and a deadly asault weapon. Recently I went through a phaze where these three tried to swallow me but I was determined that they would not get the better of me. I won. They will visit from time to time but the big plus for me right now is knowing that there is life after any set back and there is always that glorious sense of acheivement after overcoming challenges. Inorder to beat these fellows when they attack one has to get into the habit of expecting challenges and develop a fighter attitude. We will only become a failure when we cease to try, not when our efforts fail. Afterall life is great we just need to be persistent and reach for our share of the pie.If you know what I mean smile. If your bugged by the aweful triplets, hang in there, relax when you can and listen to that inner voice/instinct which is there to guide you through. Dont work or fret yourself to death. Just be smart.

I have fought with those three myself and I learned to like myself for what I was doing in spite of others saying I should be doing something else. So I paged books in our library and my son kept telling me that I should move up but I liked what I was doing and it paid my bills.when he lost his job I noticed he did not object to my paying the rent with my lowly job's wages. so now I am at peace and retired and can sit back and enjoy new things in life like MyLot.

Thumbs up to you. I hope your son did learn a valuable lesson regarding being contented with who you are.
