My favourite right now has to be 'Defying Gravity' from Wicked The Musical. Its very epic and the vocals are brilliant!

Currently my favourite song is "Fermented Offal Discharge - Necrophagist", I know what you're thinking "Say wha'". You'll only really like it if you're into the heavy stuff. There's a guitar solo in it that is really good. (You sorta expect that when listening to Muhammed Suicmez.)
