I just signed up for and ordered the Apple Patch Diet so I was wondering if there's anyone here who has tried it? I've been looking for something to help me lose the extra pounds I've gained without all the sickening side effects or drugs that are in some weight loss products and this one sounds pretty good. Any comments? Annie

I'm not familiar with this diet, but it sounds like it's actually a patch that you wear (?). I always worry that those won't stay on, not just for weight loss, my doctor had wanted me to try the birth control patch and I just felt too uneasy about it. I'll be really interested to hear how this works for you. I have never been heavier than I am now and it's really bothering me. I'm trying to exercise more and eat better and drink more water. Good luck to all of us!

I assumed it was some kind of a patch the first time I saw an as for it but it's just capsules you take, two per day. They have a special where you can buy one and get one for free. Annie

Actually, it's just a capsule that puts back some of the things you lose by dieting and it helps suppress your appetite and speed up your metabolism. http://applepatchdiet.com/ah75083 Annie

I'm very skeptical about all those patches and pills etc. I have found that nothing works except good old diet and exercise. I wish there was some magic cure, but, unfortunately, it's just a lot of very hard work.

Hi Doll, I am using the cinch weight management. I've been using some of their things and finally ordered the whole thing with the shakes, bars and everything. You can see my program that I'm on and get a free analysis http://www.cinchplan.com/raydenelabatore It also have leucine which builds muscle so when you lose weigh you will increase muscle People involved with sports and train are using this now because it is a legal, non-steriod supplement. xoxoxoxoxoxxoxo
