Hi folks, I have recently created a page on squidoo http://www.squidoo.com/bodybuilding-fitness with routines etc that I follow when in the gym. I have pics etc showing how the routines should be followed. I even have a section with training tips and weightloss tips. One for you is brushing your teeth more often helps lose weight as you don't get cravings as there is no sugers on your teeth. these people are ruining their bodies, pumping weights is good for you but all the gunk like steroids they take will have serious repercussions when they are older. there is no need to have that much muscle, i bet they cant even run 2miles or more
