What is with New York drivers?

I moved here last october. OMG! Out of New York, Utah, and Florida, New Yorkers are the worst drivers! And let me tell you that was hard to say. I used to think Florida was the worst until now. Between red lights and stop signs being optional, they are rude by cutting people off. And hello people, the horn is for something dangerous happening not for every freakin thing! I've been nearly in two accidents because people like to go through red lights. And I wait when it turns green on my side. It's ridiculous! Plus, all the cutting people off. My husband, a native new yorker, says new yorkers are the safest. I wholeheartedly disagree with this statement!
