well i wish i could do that.... well mira i think it depends on what problem you have. if you need to pay bills or else the e,ectric company will cut your electric then i dont think it is the perfect time to hang out with friends and watch a movie. of course we can do that but it depends on what problem. some problems should be taking as find a solution or else something bad will happen. for example a problem is about a dying member of a family then i dont think going out and having fun with friends is a good idea. i would rather call my friends so i would have someone to hold on and to cry to.

yes,a smile,a nice handshake, maybe even a nod can solve many problems.
when i am unhappy,i will play basketball or weight lifting, trying to make myself sweat.this will get a lot of load including toxin out of my body my mind.
when i am unhappy,i will try to be alone, take a walk, just take time to reflect.spending time alone in reflection give me a chance to organise my thoughts and prioritize my responsibilities.

You're right. I think so.But otherwise, the life is so boring and fact indeed, even cruel. but however,It's ought to face to the life with a healthy heart. That's the right way to try one's best for everyone.

Everyone wishes life to be rosy but some understand the true meaning of that. People who can laugh and make others laugh have nothing to loose.

Yes your right. If you have a problem , just dont mind it . Be happy as they said . In the end there will be a solution behind it. Remember God will not give you a problem that you cannot face.

I think you have a point. My boyfriend thought when we first met I was in my mid 30's. Well after we got to talking and everything he found out why I look older than what I am. Well after a few months I went to the dentist to have some teeth pulled and that lady told me I didn't even look 18. So now I am proud to say that letting problems out instead of holding them in has not only made me feel better but look better.
