How to improve our selfimage?

We really have and should feel good about ourselves, that is what a healthy self image counts for me. Maintaining the right attitude and having a winning attitude is what makes a good admirable and adorable self image. What counts for me is not what people see in your physical built, what counts is what people see in your face and what they feel towards you. That for me is having a worthy of appreciation self image. JNY

Its not only about physical but also psychological. Having confidence make you an optimist which also influences your exterior appearance in a sense. When your confident, you don't hesitate on things and the more you are certain, the less restraint in muscle movement and the more relax it would be. When you put it the other way around, the more doubt, the more hesitations and lack of fluidity in movement and more strain. The face alone is a good example that resembles optimism with clear facial features while negativity would resemble lines from constant frowns and wrinkles. Self-image would mean one's own individuality and how that person is comfortable with his own identity and not conforming to social expectations of those around them. Well, that's what I think.
