I was just interested in finding out what other members think about this subject. It wouldn't change my habits as I eat potato chips regularly, but what do you think? Potato Chips are now being cooked in better oils and the fat and trans fat content has been reduced and removed completely, but what if the calorie count was reduced further? Would you eat more potato chips in a serving if they had fewer calories? Would you eat potato Chips more often if they had fewer calories?

So do you stay away from potatoes entirely? I don't have a weight problem, but even if I did, I doubt that I would stop eating potatoes.
Do you snack? If so, what do you like to eat if not potato chips?

Believe it or not, I also enjoy raw vegetables, yogurt, nuts and berries. Carrot sticks, celery sticks, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, plain yogurt only, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries. Hmmmmm...

I am more into salty snacks, but some ice cream or chocolate occasionally is nice. Why not go all out and combine the two and have some chocolate chip ice cream? Hmmm...

It doesnt bother me about calories. I eat what I feel like when Im in the mood for it.
But I could also stand to lose a few pounds-so maybe.

I'm with you. I eat what I like and when I feel like it. I try to be informed about nutritional content, even though I am not overweight. Garbage in, garbage out.
