We're a family of tater tot lovers!

My grandson's tater tot taxi - My grandson likes his tater tots so much that even when he was done eating and had one left over, he couldn't bear to let it go so he put it in his car! It was so cute that we had to get a picture.

There are five of us and every single one of us loves tater tots. There's my 29 year old daughter and her three sons, 8, 6, and 3 years old and then me, grandma. We are picky about what brand we get though. Our favorite are the store brand at Food Maxx, I can't remember the name right now. And Ore Ida are ok too though I actually prefer the Food Maxx store brand the most. We like to eat our tater tots fried in oil in the skillet. Sometimes when we are in a hurry we will microwave them. Oven cooking them takes a long time but they're good that way too. I sprinkle a little garlic and seasoning salt on our tater tots before we eat them too. I like mine with a little ketchup too. How do you eat your tater tots?

I am very picky. If they taste like they are made from mashed potatoes, I am not ever going to purchase them again. I prefer them very crunchy. My favorite are actually Ore Ida Tater Babies. They are flat and round, kind of like Burger King's hash rounds.
