Now really everyone have phobias?

The most of people i know,theirs are scareds about something(darkness,spider,heights)therefore i have this question and if the answer is yes,why?

the answer is yes sum ppl might say no but its yes. phobia is just another word for frears. and i no i have no one can b scared of nothing ur scared of sumthing and well then thats ur phobia.
