Have you ever played games with your family members.
I have played games with my friends but never with my family members.
I feel to shy to show my gaming skills in front of them.Because if I play the games in front of them and win the game then they will tell me to do the same thing in studies too i.e to be on the top as far studies are concerned.
But some of my friends are very comfortable in playing games with their family members.
I really don't know how they manage to do that.
So what do you have to say about this?

I love playing games with my family, especially inside games, like board games or computer games. The only games I don't like to play so much are make believe games that my 5yr old son loves to play. I think playing games with the family is a great way to spend quality time with them, as long as no-one gets over competive!

Yes,if one gets competitive then the fun goes away. And sometimes there are also quarrels among the family members on these small things.
But yes its all fun to do it!

i think playing games with the family is a good way to spend time together. i can't wait until my kids are older so we can play games with words...i love scrabble! i also like card games.
games are a thing of chance sometimes, so i would think they should understand if you win/don't win...
maybe you should try to find games to play with them that aren't winner focused? or a game where there are "teams" and then the team wins or loses...

Yes,this will develop sportsmanship qualities in them and eventually they will be sporty people when they grow up.
Good Luck!

I play card and board games with my children, my mother, and her new husband. My boyfriend doesn't like playing these type of games so he's usually sitting around watching tv or talking to my mom's husband if he's not playing. The children range in age but for the most part after we play a game a few times they get it. I usually help my youngest daughter out since she is only 3 and UNO seems a bit hard for her age.

Yes,UNO for a 3 year old is a very tuff job.But if your daughter starts it playing from her childhood days then she is going to be a pro in her younger days.
So get ready to lose miller!
