Take a break!!God save me!

I am weak right now,a little frustrated and bored .I really want to take a break ,a break from love ,a break from my job. I know I ma too tired these days,too busy on my professional work on the internet that I don't even talk to anyone for days.Today I eat three package of fast noodles ,which is a kind of product noodles ,one package for each meal. I haven't have any fruits or vegetables for days,I know it's not good.I wanted to cook some nutritious food for myself,but every day I just ended up eating those package food without any nutrition. Am I torturing my self? I hope I am not,I just want to earn some money,so that I can live on my own and don't feel shame about me anymore. Oh,God ,I am so tired,I need to take a break.This job is not easy,it's a long time marathon.I need to take a break so that I can regain my energy.

Now that spring has arrived, we can get refreshed by going outdoors, walking and meditating while listening for birds and other nature sounds! If you really can not get outside, do try to listen to a tape of nature sounds, there are meditations that you can find online. Do some yoga, there are poses that can be done anywhere anytime, especially good for stress and feeling low due to not enough sunshine and good fruit and vegetables! Hopefully the prices will come down a little now that it is spring and we can all afford to eat better produce! I use frozen vegetables in my noodle bowl, when I have a quick meal. I found one that uses soy noodles and only has 140 calories! I add frozen vegetables and crushed chips, usually tortilla chips that are in the bottom of the bag, so it tastes better and has more fiber, and hot sauce or salsa to increase the nutrition! Add fresh ginger to your food.
