I have 1 dog and thats it. I am about to have a quaker parrot. My husband had her as a child and she has been with my father in law but she is unhappy and squaking all the time because she doesn't get enough attention, so we are going to take her in to make sure she is happy. As soon as summer is here she will be with us and we will have a dog and a parrot, I want a kitten but dogs and cats don't exactly like each other neither do cats and birds :( i just love animals and want them all!

Thats a lot of animals, I have 5 goldfish, 2 cats, 2 rabbits and one guinea pig. I will not have a dog as I cannot dedicate the time that is needed due to work commitments and don't think its fair but would get one if I was at home all the time to take for walks. Ellie :D

Oh you lucky thing, you have two rabbits. I would love to have some rabbits but would hate to keep them in a cage. My neighbor had 40 in cages and then he turned them all lose and it was super fun to have all the rabbits all over the place. But unfortunately they eventually got killed. That was the sad part.
Dogs do take time and need some attention.

You have loads of pets, and miniature donkeys are so cute I really like them. At the moment the only pets in our house are my hubbys snakes, he has 3 corn snakes and a royal python and a boa constrictor, one of the corn snakes is currently pregnant, so that will be interesting to watch over the next few weeks. I did have a cat, but he went missing a few weeks ago and has not come back, I miss him a lot.

So where do the snakes stay?? I really don't think I could have a snake as a pet. But some people really like them. I guess I have always just been taught to be afraid of them cause where I live, there are so many poisoness(sp) like rattle snakes and those darn mocasins. Wow, I can't spell anything this morning.
My donkeys are cute and a lot of fun.

They are in the dining room in a lovely set up of vivariums (is that what they are called!!) I love the idea of having a miniature donkey!!

3 cats and 3 goldfish. Our dog passed away a year and a half ago and we haven't gotten another dog. Now when I was growing up we had cats, dogs, rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, a duck, a tortoise, fish, a turtle, not sure what all!

we have family pets, 3 dogs actually, 2 German shepherd and a labrador. we love them so much, its really relaxing to have pets around the house right? they make your day beautiful and they take away your stress in your life. pets are just adorable, they make your life complete and happy.

Glad to meet someone that enjoys their animals as much as I do. Mine are my best friends, great company, and always there to console me when I need it. I couldn't possibly live without them. And I would have more if I had the money to do it. All mine are rescue animals, they all came to live with me except for the donkeys. They are sort of rescues cause they have some little things wrong with them. But not too bad. Otherwise they would have been very expensive.

I have just one cat, because that's my landlord will allow me to have. I wish I could have more, as I think my cat is lonely, especially since I've been leaving him alone more and more as I work more and more outside.

That is too bad you can only have one cat. I am lucky and live on my 5 acres so most of my cats live outside most of the time. Unfortunately, they get hurt too, cause other stray cats come along and they fight. I have one right now that is hurt and probably has an abcess. So that is one good thing about your cat living inside. Your cat probably isn't lonely. Get it some toys to play with. Cats don't mind being alone as much as dogs do. Most of my cats stay by themselves most of the time if giving the choice.

Well I don't have as many as you do and even that I don't come close to as many as you do cause I only have one and she is a yorkie puppy. I just recently got her on the 20th of March. She is just so cute and adorable, but man does her poop stink. How can something so small and cute, stink so much. But regardless I love her, my husband bought it for me, especially since he's usually always at work and I haven't yet to find a job. That's another reason why I'm typing on mylot, but hey what can I say. Oh yea my baby's name is Munchkin, well she's not gonna be getting too much bigger anyways.

For all of my life, I was in the horse business, boarding them, teaching lessons and having horse shows. So when I couldn't do that anymore, I decided to get some miniature donkeys and they are the best ever. They are so cute (bad too) and just have a great time playing and enjoying life. They are terrific.
The goats are because a friend needed to get rid of one of her goats and I had the room so I had four and one got really old and sick, so had to put her down, but now I have three. They are fun to have around but they do get into everything.

Wow you sure do have a lot of pets. I only have my gold fish now (well the kids fish lol) his name is baby red fish. We had a minature cat called fifi but unfortunatly she passed away a few weeks ago :(

I love pets.But i dont have many.So i really envy you.
Am too allergic to fur. So i cant keep pets.Still i long to have a dog.I have three fish but i prefer to keep them outside in the pool.
How do you manage buddy?I mean do you get enough time for them?

Oh, that is too bad about your allergies. I read a story somewhere, that they are now breeding cats that are nonalergenic. Don't think I spelled that right. But anyway, I guess their hair is different or something,
I do have the time for all these animals, but I don't have the money but I make do, and that is why I am on the internet, cause I am trying to make a little money to keep them going.

Omg! you realy love pets! I only have one! a miniature pinscher! His name is UNO. I really love him. He is so like a baby., I always pray that he would never die.. haha. I know its impossible but I do not know what to do when that happens. Neverthelss, I am always pampering him so he will feel how much I love him as much as possible. =P
How abou you? Is it difficult to love and care for a lot of animals??

I have a Black lab/ pressa mix, a black lab/ pitbull mix, a siamese cat, and a black cat. There the best! i love them all!

I only have 1 dog, before they were two but sad to say our late doggy 'Blu' passed away just last year but still am thankful because I do still have a pet named 'Fudgee' :-) By the ways, I also love pets specially puppies, I'm a great puppy lover myself so to speak :-) Thanks for this post, reminds me of my late dog.
