I'm tired of traditions, I really meditated on Jesus, and really thank Him, for the cross He beard. And for my sins I'm alive. Thank God!!!

It is a tradition among catholics not to eat red meat on Good Friday as a form of self sacrifice on this day. Fish is the preferred food. There are other form of sacrifices like other religion practice which is fasting abstinence. This does not mean fasting on food alone but on other favorite things you usually do as well. This is not compulsory but but most of us do it as a tradition and it is also a form of self cleansing and doing self sacrifice. This is in memory on how Jesus made more sacrifices and gave himself to us.

Good Friday is called Holy Day, when you go to church and worship and focus on Jesus and what he did for all sinners. After church come home and eat Fish and hot cross buns. And rest on this day no work, you and your family. Watch the bible story all day!!!
