To celebrate birthday for my friend

Yesterday is my friend's birthday. We have been classmates for seven years. We are very lucky,aren't we? I wanted to give her a surprise, so I didn't talk about her birthday the whole day. She must have thought that I forgot it. In the afternoon,I and the other friend bought her a birthday cake.(I know the idea is very common~) Then we called her to the dining room. As soon as she arrived there, we lighted the candles. of course,she was very surprised and moved. We three persons ate up the cake. We had a happy and warm afternoon. When you bring others happiness, you alo feel very excited and happy. That's amazing! Friends,how do you celebrate birthday for your friends or your family members? Do you have some special ideas about it.

i got another to best friends, our birthday are very close, therefore, we always celebrate together as we all study in other country. these two years, we usually invited friends to our house. then we cook together, talk and eat cakes.

For students who study in other country,I think a small party is a good way. When birthday or festival comes, you guys easily miss home, miss parents, feel lonely... But when you with some people , the mood will be better.

I have a friend that I've been best friends with since I was 6 years old, and now we are both 41 years old. We usually meet for dinner on our birthdays. We used to play silly pranks on each other but we've quit doing that, because we ran out of things to do to each other.
