For those who are still looking for ideas for Easter baskets, here are a few ideas I got from a group I am in. 1. Bunny Poop: Raisinets with a cute poem to go along with it. 2. Egg Buddies: little egg shaped toys, can add ears and tails for all kinds of animals 3. Carrot Treats: use sandwich baggie, fill with something orange (orange jelly beans, candy corn, or even cheetos (they are the perfect color!)) Tie this off so the orange goodies in the bag look like a carrot shape. Then add some green plastic wrap, wrapping paper, or fabric to the top to look like a carrot. 4. Mini Carrots (healthy Snack) 5. Books, Pens, Pencils, stuffed animal (small) 6. Homemade Chocolate Eggs: http://www.TopSecretRecipes.com Recipe for Cadbury eggs 7. Homemade potato candy: http://www.thefamilycorner.com/cgi-bin/sefer.cgi?display:1080016831-23336.txt 8. homemade snowballs (you can call them bunny tails: http://www.thefamilycorner.com/cgi-bin/sefer.cgi?display:1080017396-23794.txt I hope some of these ideas help anyone trying to decide what to do.

Well, It's Tomorrow. I know why you feel that way , but if you have kids, you need to do this for them. Hubby's dad passed away on Easter Sunday 6 years ago and Easter was on April 15th that day. He hates Easter so we don't really celebrate it. He said he would try to be in a good mood tomorrow, so I expect him to play poker. I did tell him that when we got grandkids, he would have to change his attitude just a little for the babies. Our daughter is 25, and she isn't big on Easter either for the same reason. It will be a quiet day tomorrow around here.

Those are some cute ideas, thanks for sharing them. Off to check out the homemade snowballs, if they're not hard I may just squeeze making those into our day.

You're welcome for the idea's. Sorry the links aren't working, I was disappointed myself. I did find the page and posted it with the first response I received hoping that would help, along with another recipe page. Hope you have fun doing the snowballs.

Just an FYI, the links don't seem to be working. I'll try googling for the sites.
