Usually Easter Dinner is at my aunts place. We go to different holidays and someone will host it. But Easter is the aunts holiday. We do a pot luck as well so that it's not so overwhelming for my aunt to have to worry about making the whole entire meal for all of us. The family has expanded over the years. Tomorrow my mom dad brother and I are taking 3 bean salad, cole slaw, caesar salad and scalloped potatoes. As well as for desert we are taking Drumstick Cheesecake. One of my specialties. I love making deserts and this will be the first time the rest of the family having this. We don't know what the others are taking as of yet so tomorrow will bring some surprises.

Lol most people look at me funny. And so did the family this year as I have never made it for them ever. So first timers for them. They thought I used the Turkey Drumstick. But I looked at them and said "CHEESECAKE" a desert.

Nope, don't go anywhere. Not this year, anyway. I don't do the cooking. Someone else does. I'm not as into it as you seem to be. I've got no problem with the eating part, though. Heh heh heh.

I didn't mean I think Easter is about bunnies and eggs. Yeah, outside of church, I didn't go anywhere. Just saw some family and ate some ham, potatoes, corn, salad, biscuits, cherry coke, Hawaiian Punch and three different deserts.

My family has never really done much for an Easter dinner. We just fix a normal dinner we don't go all out with the ham feast or anything about the only thing we do on easter is the easter bunny and egg hunt.

Hi I always cook an Easter dinner, today we had minted roast lamb, roast potaoes, carrots and cabbage with minted gravy. We all thoroughly enjoyed. I'm the only one that didn't get an Easter egg though, but the kids all got one. What do you prefer to do eat in or out? Ellie :D

My husband and I didn't do anything major for Easter. However, if we would have been back at home in Canada (well my home anyway, he's American) we probably would have had a big Easter dinner at my grandmother's house.

we usually either go to my parents' or my in-laws'. This year we're going to my in-laws'. they're having quite a spread... I'm sure I'll overindulge especially with dessert/sweets which I gave up for Lent :)

I do both. I usually go to my daughter's or to her mother-in-law's for dinner but either I, or my brother if he's in from New Jersey fix a big dinner here at my 91 year old mother's house. That way we have the leftovers too. Annie
