As a girl ,I enjoy dance very much.There are seveal reasons that make me so facinated in dance. Firstiy,cance is a gereat physical activity which can help us stay in shap. If you want keep fit,please choose dance.

I love dancing but I won't just choose dancing as my only source of fitness. I will admit that it does help. But you have to use all of your assets to acheive your goals. Dancing won't do all that. It's great for your cardio but you still need weight training. If you are only choose dance add some free weights in there and you will achieve more of your goals than just cardio.

i agree that weight training is essential, but I think a good cardio and strength training is key to being healthy, along with diet and attitude. strength training that I have participated in has to do with bands, or resistance other than or along with wieghts. something like bowflex is a good example

Yes!!I think this a passion for me.Whenever I danced it feels me happy from my soul.
