Anybody Interested in being part of a PTC Team?

Hello, I don't know if I want to be a part of the new fad that is going on with PTCs or what, But i do know that I want to have a ptc website that everybody would like to go on and a site that people believe in and trust. I currently have the script running on my website but it is not active as I have purposely disconnected it from the database. I know that having a PTC site and running it is a tedious process, especially after people start reaching payouts and when hopefully more advertisers come in. So I need a team, that can handle payouts and member tickets and advertisers and everythign as well as myself. Anybody interested. Also, does anybody know the primary reason that paypal is disabling the paypal accounts of the PTC sites. Because My belief is because of the chargebacks on referrals. Right now I have paypal on the site, and i have integrated alertpay also, so everything is ready to go. Any suggestions or input from anybody?
