Sodium Content... Did you know?

We are doing a competition at work and one of the women belong to Bally's Fitness. They have a daily tip email that she sends on to the members of our group. The one tip that was sent the other day really made me think..
So chew on this: Appropriate sodium content for a frozen entree/meal is 600MG or LESS! Keeping this in mind, healthy eating means cutting your sodium content.. so check out your boxes before you purchase your meals, the meals you love could have ALOT more sodium in them than you think.
If you are going to consume high sodium foods when dieting, drink some extra water, that can help balance your sodium intake out.
Do you agree with my statement or disagree? If so, why?

hey enchantedleppard!About sodium content,I believe sodium plays an important role in our diet.More sodium, high blood pressure, thicker blood makes blood having difficulties to flow in arteries. That's why we should always watch what we eat. So,I agree!

I agree fully. Theres too much sodium in just about every food we consume. It seems like its almost impossible to lower your sodium content to the appropriate levels. If you look at the nutrition labels you will see why. This could be one of the reasons why alot of people overeat.
