Image disappeared!! What happened?

I had started a discussion with the following image.But after one day the image had gone.But still the discussion is there without any problem.What happened to my image? What do you think about this image?(funny,is it walking or biking?)

It sometimes happen on myLot. I also have some discussions months ago that images disappeared. Some images are fixed and posted back but some are not posted back. I don't know what this is all about. Maybe it is some bug.
