I just bought a portable SAUNA and I love this thing!

I used to go to a ladies gym and sit in one for 1 hour every other day but they closed the gym. I got it for relaxation and foot pain but there are a ton of other benefits, one being losing water weight which we know is a big problem for women. I bought the infrared one, not the water sauna. I know saunas are not a cure all but they sure do help me relax after a hard days work!

yes, sauna is pretty nice thing. but it might cost you to much money... and i think that people lately have been losing money in lot of things in case to invest it in other things. i didn't say that to offense you, but probably you can for example help me with that money lol :D and congratulations for your sauna patty :D

Are you asking me for a loan or something? LOL. You are not offending me at all. I understand about investing since I am in the brokerage business, which is VERY stressful. Thats why I bought the sauna, to relax and it only costs $200. I consider the sauna an investment in my health and well being. Stress can cause a lot of health problems, especially for women. If you dont invest in your health, you wont be around to invest in ANYthing else. Thanks for your comment though.

Yes, they trade securities all day but I work on the banking side. That money has to go somehwere, LOL. Its just one big hole, money in money out. Very fast paced environment, but this discussion, my dear millardos, is about Losing Weight. I dont like to talk about my work because its STRESSFUL. Look at my intersts!! You take care now.

We have been wanting to get a hot tub for several years now. Our son, CJ has Autism and they help him so much. But the sauna sounds like it would be just as nice; being portable and all would be even better. When you say 'infrared', what exactly is the concept behind it? Would you mind letting me know where you found your's online so that I could check it out for us? Can I add you as a friend? Thanks for the discussion; this is probably what we've been looking for and at the right price.

In-fra-red, basically the sun's rays that are the good ones not causing skin cancer. Can you believe I found this on amazon but they were out of stock so I looked up the company directly. It only took 3 days by UPS to get here. I dont pretend to know the health benefits but the website had a whole list of benefits. Not to keep repeating myself but you know why I bought it. Another coincidence when I started looking at other stuff on the website I saw they had an affiliate program. So guess what? I have a banner on my profile. If you notice, that is the only affiliate banner on there. I really dont like those programs at all, but thats how much I believe in this sauna. Hey enjoy! I think its a great buy!

Maybe you should just try replying for awhile. If you look at my profile, I have not started that many discussions. I only start discussions when I have something to say thats important to me. Something that no one else is talking about! Thats hard to do sometimes since everyone is talking about the same stuff all the time. You understand what I am saying? Also posting in the right interest categories will help out too.

Ahh that sounds absolutely wonderful. I have never been to a sauna but I know I would love it. I think I definitely need something for relaxation and to calm me down after a long day. I'm glad you like it!

I had been looking at them online for months now but they cost over $2000+. My husband said maybe in about 5 years. I dreaded my gym closing and didnt want to join the coed gyms OR sign another contract, so this is just perfect for me. All I talked about was that sauna so finally my husband said yes to this portable one. I ride my exercise bike and sit in the sauna afterwards. The sauna is my new motivation! I know that sounds weird but you have to try it to know what I am talking about. I am getting on my husbands nerves talking about it. Trying to get him to use for his back pain. Oh well, more time for me!
