moms, do your toddler put everything in his are her mouth?

my grandbaby put everything in his mouth iam really affraid for him.is there anything to help prevent this from happening.i dont remember my daughter putting everything in her are his mouth at that age. is there some that can help any ideas welcome.

this is a very normal thing for toddlers to do, not all toddlers do but mine did and my youngest does still do it (he is 9 months). That is the way they learn to recognize shapes, at least that is what a doctor once told me. Just keep an eye on your child and never let them play alone,. That is the only way to make sure they won't eat anything strange
