Do you still post responses to resolved discussions?

Personally, if a discussion is created and takes my attention, I always send a new response even if the discussion is already resolved. Ok, maybe the best answer might be choosen but I still like to express my opinion. Do you also post them? What about the earnings of that kind of responses? Do we earn less for the discussions which are already solved?

I tend not to notice if a discussion has been resolved. But, on the occasions when I did notice that it was resolved, I still responded. As long as the topic not only interests me, but I have something to add to it, then I will respond. I don't respond to any topic to get a best response. I like to get them...who doesn't? But, if I get them, that is just a bonus and, I didn't set out to get it in the first place. I just speak from my heart and, as long as I was able to get it all out, that is all that matters to me!

Yep, I still respond if I have something to say. I rarely read a discussion and not reply to it. I dont think it makes any difference in earnings or point value.. I think its contributing to the discussion and is counted as such. I wish more people would choose best answers to their discussions. I have seen discussions over a year old with no best response chosen.

Yes, I sometimes respond to resolved discussions, if the topic takes my interest and I have something to offer it. The point is, some people resolve their discussions far too quickly... within 24 hours in fact, and others don't get a chance unless they respond after it's resolved. I leave mine for at least two weeks and often a month, so that newbies get the chance to participate. I don't think your earnings are any different when replying to such discussions... you still get a point added to your total. Brightest Blessings.

Yes, It makes no difference to me at all if the best response has already been chosen. If I feel that I can respond to the discussion I will.

If a discussion catches my attention and I have the urge to give my opinion on the matter, I will go ahead and post it. I don't check to see if the discussion has already been given a best response or not.
