how do you work when you have highy work pressure?

how do you work when you have highly work pressure so i think it is very difficult to bear work pressure there so i can work only without pressure but sometimes i can bear work pressure but most of the time i fell comfartable my self and keep fresh mind to work many hours. what do you on that time if you face same situation?

it is sometimes very unbearable. but i think i am good at managing times. i try to finish the work ASAP. i also work very attentively so that those do not take much time.

Keep calm is very important and of course,i 'd like to make a clear mind on my work, write down the work in a list and try to solve the problems.It's a good way for me to face this situation.

well when there is heavy work pressure first thing i do is to keep myself calm... i feel that a calm mind will be able to do things that a heavy heart will not be able to do.
