Have you ever been on a diet? Did it work and what kind of diet was it? I went on one diet and it did not work so I quit.

I was on a vegetarian diet for six years, but I never noticed any significant health change in relation to the diet. It was also more of a pain to take supplements to get vitamin B12 and other things missing from a vegetarian diet. Any diet that isn't combined with exercise is bound to fail. As soon as you go off the diet, you'll lose any benefits you gained from it unless you've also started an exercise plan.

I was on Weight watchers and lost almost 100 lbs in 2 years . You will see results within 2 weeks on that diet . It is easy because you pick what you want to eat

I have been on Weight watchers before and really like it. I want to go back. The best part for me was that I didn't have to buy special food. The meetings have helped me and I like that they teach you the right way to eat. I plan on going on it again to get back on track. Several years ago I tried the Nutri system plan but the food was terrible in my opinion and now is just too costly for me to do.
