My favorite movie of all time is "JFK". I've talked about it on this site many a time. To me it's the perfect movie. Everything from the acting, editing, directing is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. I've probably seen it a dozen times or so, and I never get bored by it; just as interesting to me as the first time I saw it. I would also recommend "The Godfather Part II", "Nixon", "Interiors", "Goodfellas", "Hannah and Her Sisters", "A Fish Called Wanda" and "It's A Wonderful Life" to name a few.

I have so many movies that I really love. One of my favorites is "Arsenic and Old Lace" and another is "Father Goose", both of which have Cary Grant in them. Another one I love is "Yours, Mine and Ours"; the original with Lucille Ball. All three of these are great movies that I will watch anytime.
However I like a lot of modern movies too. Limiting it to just one isn't that easy since I like all types of movies. A lot depends on my mood and the day. Right now I'm watching "The Day After Tomorrow" but some of my other favorites are series like "Harry Potter", "X-Men", "Die Hard", "Lethal Weapon",and "Lord of the Rings". I have a huge collection of movies here and all of them are ones I really enjoy.
