I want to know my right?

Were two children in the first marriage and my mother got 1 in her second. They are not married yet because there are no divorce here in our country. My mother and father has a conjugal property. And in the second one they also bought property here. Now my question goes like this do we two children in the first marriege has the right to the property in the second one. We are already taken for granted by my mother and all she is claiming is her second marriage in case I'm not asking it will come but I just want to know our right in the future. I don't want to talk about this but it come to the point that I have to face this situation and I don't know my right yet how can I fight for it. Any body her kindly help me I will appreciate it so much.
