How to set a limitation for download speed..

i bought a dlink dsl 2640t modem...but i dunno hw to restricted the download speed for some user that unlimited download...who can help?? thankx

May be slower connection is the way to restricted the download. I havent any more idea about it.

Just get a slower connection?? No reason to pay for a fast connection and then down-grade it?
