For those body builders out there, I've been thinking of drinking protein shake during lunch and evening as a meal replacement. Which means I won't be eating the stuffs like rice, meat etc...
Is that adviceable? I've been thinking about losing the fats in my belly, and also become more leaner.

It depends on how much you intend to work out after. The protein will help rebuild your damaged muscles. However if you don't eat / drink more protein that your body need then you can't use it to replace a real meal.

I see... ok thanks! But how would I know? I am thinking of getting Designer whey protein btw, and usually when I work out it takes me 2 hours to finish.
