How many of you have had to deal with an on the job injury? You go to the DR, you know you got hurt, something is wrong! You do everything you are supposed to do to get help and then... Some Non medical person decides if you have a "claim" or not! What's up with this? They never see you, only talk to you if they absolutely have to, and then make you feel like the pain when you ask why?I have been injured several times, unfortunatley all spinal injuries. I have had treatment stopped, because the employer says.. no it didn't happen here! Then I prove it did indeed happen, my medical records prove it, so that's ok now. Then I get an "overpayment" notice. They take the money back out of my next time loss check, then send it back to me 2 weeks later! Government efficiency? Yeah okay! How many of you have had similar situations? How'd you handle it? Let me know!

L & I did do likewise with one of my checks, and I never did figure out how or why. They sent me a check, and the next week I got a letter stating I had an over payment. The next check they took the over payment out, and I got it back again in my next check. All I can say is it's a government agency, and run like one!!!
