China have a long history also the cooking is.China is a big and full resource country.The custom of chinese people is different,so it's dish is different from south to north,east to west.when you come to China or go to a chinese restaurant you will see there are so many delicous dishes.so which dish do you like ? The roast Peking duck,MaPo beancurd,DongPo stewed pork joint......

When I go to the chinese, I get King Prawn Curry, Fried Rice and Chips.
I also like Chow Mein, but I love curry so much more.

i love pecking duck too. dimsun and dumplings. i also love sweet and sour recipes and fried rice. chinese dish really ruins my diet so as much as possible i dont go near any chinese restaurant. lol.

As a Chinese, I like north food than south. I grew up in north of China, the taste of north Chinese dish is more fit for my stomach. When I moved to Shanghai two years ago, I found they alwaya put some suger in each dish, even steam breads and steam stuffed buns.

I live in the north of China,but I have favor to the pepper.My taste is a little salty.So I love Northern chinese food.And I can do it myself.Sometimes I learn them from TV or books.I feel good to see others enjoying my cooing food.So welcome to China.

Chinese food is fantastic, I love it, Yes peking duck is very good. I think my absolute favourite are the sweet and sour dishes, it is usually what I go for, although I do try lots of other dishes too, now this is making me very hungry!
