This is a dish I always bring to potluck party. Because, it's simple; it's easy to make and it's good. All of my friends like it.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pine seeds
- 1 can of corn
- salt
Start to roast the pine seeds over medium heat until it's roasted. Open a can of corn, drain out the juice and cook with the pine seeds. Mix the pine seeds and corn well. Corns are already cook , so you have to stir it a little to get the corns and the pine incorporated. salt to taste.
That's it. Try it. You'll like it. * smile*

I love that:)
We often include pine nuts in some of our recipes, they give it a special touch.
They're specially good with corn, rice and salads, but they go with almost anything.
We use them a lot back home but in here there is many people that don't even know what they are.

Hmmm, pine seeds. I don't think I know what that is.
Can you describe more? Where do you get them?
