Getting enough sleep?

Dear all, I am so sleepy that I often doze off in my seat in the noon during a five-day workweek. Why? I often go to bed on eleven in the night and get up at half past six in the morning. Generally, adults need about eight hours of sleep a night. Maybe I need more? How about you, my friends. You need more or less?

Doctors commonly view excessive daytime sleepiness as cardinal sign of disturbed or inadequate sleep. But a new study suggests it could also signal depression or even diabetes, regardless of whether an individual doesn't sleep well. Among a random sample of 16500 men and women ranging in age from 20 to 100 years old from central Pennsylvania, 8.7 percent had excessive daytime sleepiness. ... We should pay much more attention on sleepness.

It can be one of two things. The first is that you may need more hours of sleep. The second is that depending on your health you may want to consider doing a body cleanse and you can get one through a natural store would be the best way to go. I use one from natures sunshine called clean start. It will clean out your colon, your liver, kidney, lungs, and all toxins from your body. You might want to talk to your doctor about he or she thinks is the best. Do your own research though. I am doing one now and I did one about 6 months ago and after I did man I was so relaxed and I was only getting about 5 hours of sleep. It was so awsome. I loved it. It don't make you feel sick or have to go to the bathroom like some people say. You might also want to try a new bed sometimes that might be the cause. Just some things you can try.

Hi jmespinosa82, thanks for your advice and I will follow it to do a body cleanse. Maybe it's useful for me. In any case, it's good for body.
